Prestige Cleaning began in 1994 and the intention was simple; to offer a great customer focused service, to listen carefully to what was required from us and to bespoke our services to fulfil those needs and where possible exceed them.
This stems from a firm belief that a clean, safe and well organised environment contributes to a relaxed atmosphere, which in turn gives rise to clarity, clarity equates to inspiration and inspiration turns to creativity, and as we all know creativity is productivity.
Our aims today are no different, whilst the challenges to meet them are. As an Investor in People organisation, our continual strivings are centred around keeping our Managers, Supervisors, Operatives, and all levels of our employees valued, supported and trained to ensure our ever-evolving working lives continue to enhance the experience of our clients.

I have been with Prestige Cleaning since late 2008, and in this time, I have seen huge changes to my own role and to the Business.
My key responsibilities have revolved around Contract Management, but, as a Company Director, I also see my overall responsibility across all areas of the Business. Without a doubt, the focus of this organisation lies in two areas; Customer Satisfaction and Motivated, Trained and Appreciated employees.
My resume to make sure this happens is vast; achieved through both experience and extensive training, including ACAS, IPAF, IOSHH, Leadership, Customer Service to name but a few.
I am very proud of both my personal and the Business’s achievements, from Investor in People, ISO14001/9001:2015 and Safe Contractor and am also proud to have made considerable contributions to all the Business accreditations. Nothing pleases me so much as happy Customers and Staff and my constant strivings and efforts are based around maintaining and improving on these simple yet highly satisfying objectives.
I joined the team at Prestige in March 2017.
My collective experience has included teaching back in the Czech Republic, my homeland, and I have done other various roles including working in the care profession. I believe my combination of teaching and supporting people has given me the perfect experience to fulfil my role at Prestige Cleaning.
My job includes training new recruits and re-training existing employees and ensuring all members of our various teams are kept current with all legal and contractual requirements and obligations.
I also conduct regular site inspections to ensure our objectives and standards are being maintained and that our clients are happy and to congratulate our staff when they perform well or offer further support if needed.
I love the variation and satisfaction my work brings to me, and I also love the freedom I am granted to plan my own work using highly effective but simple to follow company processes.
